Step-by-Step Connection Guide
To connect Zoho Suite, you must register a Self Client application in your Zoho API Console:

Go to Zoho Developer API Console
Visit api-console.zoho.com (make sure you choose your specific data center e.g., US, IN, EU).

Register a Self Client App
- Click Add Client and select Self Client.
- Confirm application creation to generate a client profile.

Configure Scopes and Generate Code
- Click on the Generate Code tab.
- Enter the following scopes to grant access:
ZohoCRM.modules.ALL, ZohoDesk.tickets.ALL, ZohoWorkDrive.workspace.ALL
- Select your time duration and click Generate.
- Copy the generated Grant Code.

Retrieve Client Credentials
- Go to the Client Secrets tab.
- Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.

Paste into Memora
- In Memora Dashboard → Integrations → Zoho Suite.
- Select your Data Center Region.
- Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, and the Grant Token you copied.
- Select the modules to sync (CRM, Desk, WorkDrive, Projects).
- Click Connect.
